• When picking up permits please have the permit number, and cash or check for the exact amount of the permit cost, which will be provided to you at the time your office is notified that the permit is ready for pick up.
• Please ensure that you are using the most up to date permit application:
  • ( 5^th Edition Florida building code and 2011 National Electrical Code )

• When scheduling inspections please call 321-868-3217 and provide the following information:
  • Permit Number (application number), Specific type of inspection, Date of the inspection, and Time frame such as AM (9:30am –Noon), PM (1:00pm -3:30pm), or Any-time, Contact number, and any specific instructions.
• Please have permit and plan available on sight in a conspicuous place for the Inspector at time of inspection.
• Per the Florida Building Code, it is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure that inspections are scheduled and that nothing is covered up until an approval is obtained to do so.
