The proposed work is generally described as follows:

Project consist of removal and replacing approximately 50 LF of existing 8"

VCP gravity sewer pipe with 8" PVC gravity sewer pipe, installation of

approximately 9 LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer pipe and grouting and

abandonment of approximately 25LF of existing 8" gravity sewer, removal of

approximately 51 LF of existing 10" VCP gravity sewer, removal and

replacement of approximately 51 LF of existing 12" PVC gravity sewer,

installation of 24 LF of 6" PVC service line, 4 core borings to existing

manholes and removal and replacement of 1 new sanitary manhole. This will

include but is not limited to temporary bypass pumping, construction

temporary site access, MOT, utility replacement/ relocation, erosion control,

dewatering and restoration

Qualifications:
ARTICLE 3 - QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS
3.01. To demonstrate Bidder's qualifications to perform the Work, Bidder shall
submit with its Bid shall submit, within 5 days after Owner's request, written
evidence on financial data, previous experience, present commitments, and other
such data as may be requested by Owner , or Engineer. The Bid shall contain
evidence of Bidder's qualification to do business in the state where the Project is
located.
Special Requirements:
Each Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a construction performance
bond and a construction payment bond as security for the faithful performance
and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the
Contract.
Bids will be received on a unit price basis as described in the Contract
Documents

Miscellaneous:
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Thursday February 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Cocoa Beach City Hall, 2 South Orlando Ave., Cocoa Beach, FL 32931.
