Cocoa Beach Leisure Services provide several locations that are available for rental for your special event. We strive to provide excellent customer service, by overseeing the outdoor special event permitting process and are here to help you through your planning process.

Cocoa Beach offers 6 miles of Atlantic Ocean Beaches. Not from Cocoa Beach and are looking for the right location for you? Let us suggest one of 3 oceanfront parks with restrooms and easy parking access:
How to Apply for a Permit
50 Attendees or Less
To start the process on a small intimate wedding of 50 people or less in attendance you fill out the Beach Wedding Ceremony Permit Form online.
51 and more Attendees
If your wedding will be larger than 50 guests, we do ask that you fill out the Special Events Application. This is a more detailed form but, provides the staff and public safety departments with the information required to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
Permit Fee
The Beach Ceremony Parking Permit fee is $50.

The Cocoa Beach Country Club is a great option for your wedding or next event. We have hosted many weddings, civic events, and receptions. Our staff is excited to help make your special day one to remember!
Rates
The Cocoa Beach County Club rental rates include a City Staff member on-site during your event, selected space, and available tables and chairs.
