*Dates are highly subject to change. Occasional night and weekend work hours will be necessary due to the 24-hour nature of the pipe-lining process.
Construction will primarily occur in the City of Cocoa Beach (COCB) rights of way, roads, and easements. Crews will be required to temporarily close portions of area roads to thru-traffic to complete Gravity Sewer Project These closures are necessary for both the safety of the workers and the general public.
Residents who reside within the project boundaries will be provided access to their homes and are permitted to drive (with caution) within the construction area. There will be times during the day when customers may have limited access when the contractor is working directly in front of homes or businesses. This construction will affect your normal sewer service for portions of the day.
Residents will be notified within 48 hrs of any temporary service outages with regards to their sewer via a door hanger with the date and time range of the outage. It is of great importance that residents abide by the directions on the door hanger to avoid any loss or damage to property inside of their homes due to a sewer backup.
We apologize in advance for any delays caused by this work. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact COCB at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions.
