The Studios of Cocoa Beach is hosting “Drawing Heads” with Jaymee Weinreich on Thursdays, from 6 to 8 pm. The workshop meets four times, November 17, December 1, 8, and 15. No matter what media of art you do, the skills learned in drawing are essential. Learning to draw the subtleties of the human face improves your drawing skills for other subjects. Jaymee will cover line, value, shading, proportion, and perspective as practiced in the study of the human head. Begin with the full head, then explore a profile and three quarter view. With over forty years of experience in art, Jaymee will guide you step by step. Whether you are a beginner or just want to get back into art, this class is for you. From concept, to implementation, to finish… can only happen when you begin. Fee for this four-week workshop is $150. Students will bring their own supplies.
