Pursuant to the City of Cocoa Beach Emergency Declaration Section 2 (6) (11) effective Friday, March 20, 2020 there will be a temporary ban on consuming or possession of alcoholic beverages on the beaches of Cocoa Beach. The fine for the violation will be $500.00.
It is requested that we achieve compliance voluntarily. This is in an effort to continue to reduce crowds on the beach.
