CITIZENS ACADEMY SIGN UP

Applications are now being accepted for the 2016 Citizens Academy- sign up early because space is limited! Deadline for applications to be turned in is January 12,2016. 

The Citizen Academy is a look into the internal values, philosophy and operations of the City of Cocoa Beach.  Designed for City residents, the academy educates on the "how and why" of City departments.  The Academy runs for fourteen (14) weeks, one (1) session a week for approximately three (3) hours each. Participants will gain knowledge and insight through discussions, demonstrations and site visits to include a variety of topics and issues pertaining to the City of Cocoa Beach including seldom seen City functions. 

Classes usually begin in January. Interested applicants must complete the application and return it to Police Records.
