Message from Waste Management:

Please be advised that Waste Management is currently collecting an extraordinary volume of curbside yard waste, most likely as a result of continued stay-at-home guidance related to COVID-19. Clam yard waste collection is running up to several days behind in many areas.
To better serve our residents, we strongly encourage residents to contact Waste Management’s Customer Service Department to schedule collection for large, loose yard waste piles, which requires a specific collection truck. Regularly scheduled weekly yard waste collection is only for containerized yard waste and small piles. Residents can connect with Waste Management in a variety of ways:

North Brevard: (321) 636-6894
Central and South Brevard: (321) 723-4455
Email: centralfloridaservice@wm.com
Customer Service Chat: https://www.wm.com/us/en/support

Volumes continue to be extremely high across all residential waste streams, including bulky waste. If residents are not serviced for carted garbage or recycling on their designated service day, we ask that residents please leave their carts curbside for service first thing the following morning. We thank residents in advance for their understanding and patience.
We appreciate your partnership as we navigate this continued fluid situation together.
