Brevard County Transportation Planning Organization Citizens Advisory Committee
The City of Cocoa Beach is seeking an individual, who is interested in local transportation issues, to serve as a volunteer on the Citizens Advisory Committee of the Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization. The Citizens Advisory Committee is composed of 24 members who represent a broad cross-section of citizens interested in the development of an efficient, safe, and cost-effective transportation system. The Committee provides citizens’ views and recommendations to the Space Coast Transportation Organization’s Governing Board on projects, plans, and programs. 
 
This individual would serve as the citizen representative for both Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. Interested individuals must be willing to make time commitments to attending meetings and reviewing the agenda packages. The committee meets at the Center for Collaboration located at 1100 Rockledge Blvd. Rockledge, FL 32955, on the second Monday of every month at 1:30 PM, except for January, June, and August.
