Water Main Break- North Cocoa Beach

Message from City of Cocoa.

This evening a 24" main near Church of Our Savior along A1A in Cocoa Beach was hit by a contractor working in that area. Cocoa Utilities crews were notified and are on the scene to assess and address the main break. In order to assess the damage, the pressure to this main will need to be lowered. This will affect residents along the line from SR528 to near the break in Cocoa Beach. Residents may experience low to no pressure in areas of Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach while crews are assessing the damage in order to repair the break as quickly as possible. Once the break is assessed, we can provide more information to residents in the affected area including the need for any precautionary boil water notices if needed.
