The City is working diligently to provide each and every resident with efficient and cost effective pick ups. If you are having any issues with Waste Management pick ups the information below allows you to contact Waste Management directly to have your issues addressed and the timeframe that Waste Management will respond.

• Residents may file a complaint with Waste Management by calling them at 866-724-2989.
• Per the contract with the City, complaints received after 7 a.m. but before 12 Noon shall be serviced by 12 Noon of the following workday.
• Complaints received after 12 Noon and before 7 a.m. shall be serviced by 5 p.m. on the following workday.
