Consider a request for a Height Variance for properties, with total acreage of 4.14 acres, located at 3026 Wavecrest Drive, 3030 Wavecrest Drive, 126 Surf Drive, 128 Surf Drive, and a 10-foot-wide parcel. The Variance request is to allow for a 6-story condominium, to be constructed to a maximum height of 70 feet, rather than the required maximum building height of 45 feet. Applicant: Tom C.
