City Commission Meeting
August 4th, 2022


An item on the agenda for August 4th, 2022, has been postponed until date certain of August 18th, 2022 City Commission meeting. 

New Business:
I3. Consider a request for a Height Variance for properties, with total acreage of 4.14 acres, located at 3026 Wavecrest Drive, 3030 Wavecrest Drive, 126 Surf Drive, 128 Surf Drive, and a 10-foot-wide parcel. The Variance request is to allow for a 6-story condominium, to be constructed to a maximum height of 70 feet, rather than the required maximum building height of 45 feet.  Applicant: Tom C. Hermansen, President, BDH Investment Corp.
Staff Representative: Randy Stevenson, Development Services Director; Christie Anderson, Principal Planner
Recommendation: Consider

AT THE APPLICANT'S REQUEST, THIS ITEM IS POSTPONED TO THE AUGUST 18, 2022 COMMISSION MEETING. ON AUGUST 4, 2022, THE CITY COMMISSION WILL NOT DISCUSS THIS ITEM AND MAKE A MOTION TO POSTPONE TO THE 7:00 PM AUGUST 18, 2022, COMMISSION MEETING.
