Debris Pickup

10/13/2022

FEMA approved Brevard County for all categories regarding assistance, which includes debris pick up.

Crowder Gulf and Tetra Tech arrived in town late last night. They are working with the Sarno Landfill to complete preliminary checks required by FEMA to begin work.

Crowder Gulf is expected to begin pick up after noon, Thursday, October 13th, 2022.
The debris crew will begin with A1A first then move into the neighborhoods soon after.
Please use caution when they are in the roadways.

The estimated time to complete from Crowder Gulf is 2 weeks. The initial pass for vegetation debris will begin today, then they will do a pass for household or construction items.

Please ensure that your items all have been separated per FEMA standards. See Diagram for reference.

IF YOUR DEBRIS PILES ARE MIXED, IT WILL NOT BE PICKED UP.
Please pass this along to your neighbors and friends! All piles are to be separated.

Follow the City on Facebook and CBNN for any updates regarding debris pick up.
