A Message From Waste Management 

Brevard County landfills were closed last week on Wednesday, November 9, and Thursday, November 10 as a result of Hurricane Nicole, and closed on Friday, November 11 in observance of Veterans Day. 

There may be a service delay due to long wait times at the County landfills and transfer stations as a result of the closure of the three days. 

Please know that our crews are working the maximum allowable DOT daily hours to collect as much refuse as possible.  Anything not serviced on the regular service day will be collected the following morning.
