Beach Bucket Clean-up Stations

Last Saturday, January 28th, 2023, Mayor Ben Malik officiated the ribbon cutting to officially open the new Beach Bucket Clean-up Stations.

Volunteers from Surfriders Space Coast, Beach Bucket Foundation, and the community participated in a beach clean-up preceding the ribbon cutting.

With their efforts, the team collected 43 pounds of trash from the beach and dunes!

Thank you to all the volunteers that came out and helped with the beach clean-up!

2023 Community Sustainability Awards

The City is excited to announce the 2023 Community Sustainability Awards Program. 

The Program has been established to recognize and celebrate members of the community who are leading the way to a more sustainable future. The Awards honor and publicize residents, students, businesses, community groups, and nonprofits who demonstrate an outstanding commitment to sustainability.

City Commission Proclamation 02/02/2023

The City Commission proclaimed that the month of April is the Month of the Military Child.

Honoring the children of military parents who are known as the youngest warriors.
