2 South Orlando Ave. Parking Lot is now open!

The "Old" City Hall lot is now open for use. This paid parking area is for vehicles with a parking permit OR mobile app payments ONLY. 

If you do not have a current Cocoa Beach Parking Permit then you can pay by Passport Mobile App. 

Once you have the Passport Parking mobile app:

1. Click on New Session 

2. Enter ZONE 626 

3. Enter your SPACE NUMBER

4. Enter the AMOUNT OF TIME needed additional time may be added via app 

The parking lot will close early on Friday for Friday Fest.
