Sewer Repair Road Closures

Contractors repairing sewer and storm lines will be working day shift during the week of July 1, 2024

Beginning Monday morning, July 1st the northbound lane along S. Brevard Avenue from 6th Street South to 4th Street South will have detours.

Wednesday, July 3rd, Storm Pipe repair will occur on South 4th Street between Westview Lane and Riverview Lane.

Please avoid these areas if possible or use caution if driving through. We apologize for any delays this may cause.

A Message from Waste Management

A reminder that there will be no solid waste, recycle, or yard waste collection on Thursday, July 4, 2024, as the Brevard County landfills and facilities are closed in observance of the Independence Day holiday. 

Thursday residential garbage customers will be serviced on Monday, July 8, 2024. Thursday residential recycling and yard waste customers will be serviced on Thursday, July 11, 2024. 

We encourage residents to visit www.wmfloridaholiday.com for information related to holiday schedules in our area.  I have attached posts for your social media platforms for your convenience.

City Offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4th, 2024 to celebrate Independence Day. Offices will reopen Friday, July 5th at 8:30 am.

Normal Business Hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
