The skate park construction is now complete. We have reopened the park.

Holiday Schedule Waste Management

There will be no solid waste, recycle, or yard waste collection on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, as the Brevard County landfills and facilities are closed in observance of the Christmas holiday.  

Wednesday residential garbage customers will be serviced on Saturday, December 28, 2024.  Wednesday residential recycle and yard waste customers will be serviced on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.  

A reminder that New Year’s Day, Wednesday, January 1, 2025, is a regular workday for WM in Brevard County.  All Wednesday services will run as scheduled on January 1, 2025.

The City of Cocoa Beach administrative offices will be closed on December 24th and December 25th. We will reopen on December 26th at 8:30 am for normal business hours.

2025 Parking Permits

  • Residents (address inside city limits) $20 for the calendar year
  • Non-Residents $75.00 for the calendar year

CRA Façade Grant Program

City of Cocoa Beach Community Redevelopment Agency Façade Grant Program FY2025

  • Applications Open Until July 1st, 2025
  • Commercial Businesses Located in The Town Center Only
  • All Applications Require CRA Board Approval
  • All Projects Approved Must Be Completed Within that Fiscal Year 
    • Fiscal Year 2025 is October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2024
