Dune Crossover Improvements Underway

The dune crossovers at Fischer Park and Osceola Lane are temporarily closed as we work to improve them for ADA compliance. Beach access at these locations will be unavailable during construction.

✅ Fischer Park remains open throughout the project, so visitors can still enjoy the park’s amenities!

Westin Update

Construction crews will be performing following activities in the coming weeks.

• Pile driving and excavation Monday through Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
• Excavation & Cutting of Piles

Week of March 3^rd

• Major Concrete Placements in the early morning on March 5, 6, and 7th.
• Sheet Pile Removal (tentative)

Pool Closure

The Cocoa Beach Aquatic Center is closed today, Friday February 21st, due to cold weather and construction progress

We will reopen for lap swim tomorrow, Saturday February 22nd, at 10:00am due to a staff in-service training.
