2026 Parking Permits

Parking Permits went on sale online today!

Permit Prices:

  • Cocoa Beach Residents (within city limits)- $20 
  • Non-Resident - $75 
  • Cocoa Beach Businesses - $30

Getting your sticker is super easy:

How to Apply:

  1. Sign up or log in on OpenGov.
  2. Select “Parking Permits” and breeze through the application and payment.

Heads up: A $3 shipping & handling fee will be added at checkout.

In-person sales will be accommodated during business hours;

December Celebrations

We've got a month full of celebrations. This weekend is a big one, Santa is making his way into town and is looking to celebrate Cocoa Beach style.

Pancakes, cookies, and Santa, oh my!

Let's start the off season right! Get your lists to Santa early. We are hosting Breakfast with Santa!  Join us Saturday, December 6 starting at 8:30 AM at the Cocoa Beach Country Club to enjoy a pancake breakfast and cookie decorating.

Cocoa Beach Main Street - Winterfest

After breakfast, swing over to Winterfest on downtown Minutemen Causeway and enjoy an afternoon with friends, family, and neighbors right here in Cocoa Beach. From 10 AM to 5 PM, enjoy live music, food trucks, and one-of-a-kind craft vendors.

Pro Tip: It’s the perfect chance to pick up something fun and thoughtful for everyone on your holiday list.
