HELLO SPRING!!! A little chillier than we’re used to for this time of year, but we know those warm, sandy days are just around the corner.

If the weather still feels a touch too cool to fully break out the beachwear, Cocoa Beach Main Street has a few things going on to keep you busy and connected around town.

Quick reminder that kids are out of school next week for Spring Break.

Friday Fest

Friday Fest

Another week coming to an end and no better way to spend it than with friends, family, and live music. Start the weekend right and join Cocoa Beach Main Street and your neighbors for dancing, shopping, and a few street eats.

When: March 20th, 6 PM - 10 PM
Where: Cocoa Beach Centennial Park, City Hall

Art Wave

Cocoa Beach Main Street is featuring your local artists, music makers, local food trucks. Bonus you can watch artists creating in real time! 

When: March 21 and 22, from 10 AM to 4 PM
Where: Downtown Cocoa Beach - Minutemen Causeway

CPR Classes

Save a Life: Learn CPR

The Cocoa Beach Fire Department is hosting CPR Classes this month for anyone interested in learning basic lifesaving skills. This is a one day, two hour course.

During this class, participants will learn:

  • CPR & AED use on adults and children
  • How to respond in a cardiac emergency
  • Basic lifesaving techniques that can help until help arrives

When: March 24th or 25th 
Time: 9 AM to 11 AM 
Where: Fire Station 51 - 51 S Orlando Ave
Cost: $40

This month’s movie pick comes straight from some of our smallest (and most enthusiastic!) community members - Freedom 7 Elementary School's 1st Grade students - and they chose: Lilo & Stitch

Time: 7:00 PM
Where: Centennial Park

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and your ohana, because movie nights are better together.

Free admission and open to the whole community. Huge thanks to our Freedom 7 first graders for helping us choose this month’s feature — we’ll see you at the park!

Baskets for Brevard

Bunny Baskets

We are so excited to annouce that Cocoa Beach City Hall is an official drop off location for Baskets for Brevard, a 501c3 Easter Charity focused on providing complete Easter baskets to children in need throughout Brevard County. Here is what we are looking for:

  • Candy & snacks
  • Small toys and games
  • Stuffed animals
  • Books or coloring items
  • Hygiene or personal care items

You'll find the donation box in the City Hall Lobby on the second floor.
