DEBRIS PICK UP CONTINUES

• The City's post hurricane debris collection contractor is in their final stages of debris pick-up for the City of Cocoa Beach.
• ALL debris set out for pick-up MUST BE as a result of hurricane Irma.
• NO lawnmowers, or home furnishings (couches, mattresses, etc. that do not show visible hurricane damage; as these items CAN NOT be picked-up due to FEMA guidelines the contractors must adhere to.
• Collection is expected to be complete by the end of this coming weekend.
• Some areas have already had their FINAL debris pick-up.
• Remaining debris, such as leaves, twigs, etc. left behind MUST BE prepared as you normally would your "yard waste" for Waste Management's regular pick-up schedule.
