Parking permits

Your 2017 Parking Permit will be good through January 2018. The City is delaying the sale of 2018 parking permits due to the disruption of City Hall from Hurricane Irma. As soon as the Finance Department is located back in City Hall, which should be early January 2018, parking passes will be sold. Parking Permits are for a calendar year (January-December) and are not pro-rated during the 2018 year.  The price of the permit will remain the same- $10.00/year for Cocoa Beach residents and $60.00/year for all others.
Once you purchase your new parking permit the parking decal must be affixed to the driver side rear bumper of the vehicle or on the outside of the driver side lower corner rear window. In 2018, your parking permit allows you to park free at all metered parking except Shepard Park and 90 minute parking spaces.
