Find your perfect spot by the sand - from oceanfront parks to 40 beach street access points.
We offer several options for beach access parking, including four oceanfront parks. These parks provide convenient parking and a variety of amenities, such as picnic tables, restrooms, and showers.
In addition to the parks listed below, the City also provides parking at 40 stub-end streets east of A1A, each offering access to the Atlantic Ocean. Every street includes a dune crossover, metered parking spaces, and a litter barrel.
Cocoa Beach Beach Operated Parks
Alan Shepard Park
Alan Shepard Park is a 5-acre, ocean-front park. There are more than 300 parking spaced available for both automobiles and recreational vehicles. Access to many popular tourist related retail shops are within easy walking distance.
Sidney Fisher Park
Sidney Fisher Park is a 10-acre, ocean-front park and is a family favorite. Roughly 200 parking spaces available, and is family friendly with picnic pavilions and a playground. The parking fee is $15 for cars and recreational vehicles.
Brevard County Operated Parks
Lori Wilson Park
Lori Wilson Park is a 20-acre, ocean-front park operated and maintained by Brevard County. Facilities include restrooms, a boardwalk, and a dog park. There are 274 parking spaces for cars and recreation vehicles.
Robert P. Murkshe Memorial Park
Robert P. Murkshe Memorial Park is a 2-acre, ocean-front park operated and maintained by Brevard county. The park offers bathrooms, showers, and picnic areas.
Stub-End Parking Access Points
The City provides parking at 40 stub-end streets east of A1A, offering direct access to the beach. Each location includes metered parking and a dune crossover.
