Due to COVID, Notary Service has been suspended.
There are notaries at City Hall, in the Development Services, City Clerk’s Office, and in Human Resources. Hours for notary services are 9 am to 5 pm. If the document to be notarized is City required, there is no cost. All other notary service cost is $5 per signature.
As of March 19, 2020, the City Clerk no longer provides Notary Services.

Absentee ballot requests may be made in person, by mail, or by phone to the Supervisor of Elections at any time during the one year preceding any election.
If your permanent address changed in any way, complete a Florida Voter Registration Application (found in the Clerk’s Office or any of the Supervisor of Election Offices), or fill in the back of your voter ID Card and return card to any of the Election offices.
