The Leisure Services Department is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Cocoa Beach by providing safe and engaging recreation programs, parks, and facilities. We offer a variety of activities for all ages and abilities, from your sports to fitness classes to community events and special programs.

Our goal is to promote healthy, active lifestyles, foster a sense of community, and make Cocoa Beach a place where everyone can play, learn, and grow.

What We Do

• Parks & Recreation Facilities: Manage and maintain all City parks, playgrounds, ball fields, and open spaces.
• Community Programs & Events: Organize recreational  programs, sports leagues, and community events for all ages to promote healthy, active lives.
• Facilities Management: Oversee the Recreation Center, Aquatic Center, and Golf Course, providing spaces for community gatherings, meetings, and recreation.
• Special Events: Coordinate and oversee special events held throughout Cocoa Beach, ensuring comply with City policies and safety standards.

Our Facilities & Venues

We manage a variety of facilities and parks throughout the City, including:

• Cocoa Beach Aquatic Center - 50-meter pool, spray park, diving board, and pavilion
• Cocoa Beach Country Club & Golf Course - 27-hole championship course and restaurant
• Recreation Center & Gymnasium - multi-purpose rooms and event spaces
• Cocoa Beach Skate Park - designed by Team Pain
• Tennis & Pickleball Complex - 12 courts total, including 2 clay courts
• 12 Parks - including boat ramps, playgrounds, and walking trails
• Balls & Soccer Fields
