Course Overview

Our comprehensive CPR course covers all the essential techniques and knowledge needed to perform effective Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Led by certified instructors, the course includes:

  1. Basic Life Support (BLS) Skills: Learn the latest CPR and emergency cardiovascular care guidelines.
  2. Hands-On Practice: Get practical, hands-on experience with CPR mannequins to ensure you perform CPR confidently and correctly.
  3. AED Training: Understand how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in conjunction with CPR. 

Join a Course

  • Courses are offered every third Thursday of the month, starting at 10 am.
  • Certification: Upon successful completion, you will receive an official AHA CPR Certification, valid for two years.

  • After signing up, an instructor will email you with further information on the class and its location.
