A rental property license, certificate of inspection, temporary certificate of inspection, temporary waiver of certificate of inspection, inspection or re-inspection is not a representation guarantee or warranty of any kind by the City of the fitness of the rental dwelling unit for which the license and certificate were issued, nor is it representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind by the City that such rental dwelling unit is in compliance with City Code. No person shall rely on the rental license or certificate of inspection as a representation of the condition of such unit.
